Ya no problem do you think you can teach me or make a tutorial on how to make one? I want to make one because i think it would make a good little thing for some stuff. However if you want to use it as only yours i totally understand.

With pleasure but I wish I had the time my friend, here are a few tips on what I used for it: simple circle, lots of gradients on it and a smaller circle inside it with a bit brighter gradients, some simple reflections and the rest is smudge tool ( I mean the flames-like thingy )
